The place had a special atmosphere. The room was spotless with comfy beds and an electric kettle, a fridge, and air conditioning etc.

A double room with an excellent view, I had requested this in advance. The staff were friendly and assisted with free parking. Nice place to stay, I was there for 1 night and will be returning here soon.

The pools and the spacious rooms were the best aspects of our city trip. We enjoyed the modern and stylish design of the interior, equipped with air conditioning and good wifi. The location of our stay was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, making everything easily accessible.

We wish there were more amenities provided, like basic cutlery and plates, and probably a small microwave. We also experienced a few noise disturbances, and at times, the pool rules were not being followed properly, which could be dangerous.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the modern decoration of our room and the cleanliness of the premises. the location was also great, as we were able to reach several tourist attractions and restaurants by walking distance. the car park facility was very useful to us, and we didn't have to worry about our car's safety.

The parking facility of the complex is the best thing about it. There was always a free place for our car and the area looked safe. It also has a small swimming pool where we saw that the children were enjoying themselves. So it may be attractive to families with small children. we had a comfortable stay at Boutique Residence. The room was cozy and the building had a nice design. We loved the jacuzzi on the rooftop and Mary, our host, was very friendly. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of breakfast facilities and some issues with cleanliness, we would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient parking.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this stylish apart-hotel. The cleanliness both inside and out was impressive, and the tasteful interior design added a touch of luxury. Convenient parking right in front of the establishment was a huge plus. The swimming pools lived up to the pictures and were a hit with everyone. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and had lovely balconies. The friendly staff were always just a phone call away. In addition, the location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance.
